Mike Ferris of Coldwell Banker did a great job with listing and managing my house sale.  He even helped us get a higher price. He communicated about hte process completely to me before, during and through the sale process.  He told us exactly what to expect and when to expect everything right on through the closing.  Everything happened as he said with no surprises.  Mike did a great job.  It pays to hire experience!
