I cannot say enough about Melissa. Throughout the years she has always delivered, been completely professional, and now I feel I’ve gained a new friend. My very first home purchase was through Melissa and she coached me through the entire process to make it as easy as possible. Eight years later I needed to sell that home and again, Melissa walked me through the entire selling process so it was as seamless as possible. Where I went wrong was later that year I needed a home fast and chose an inexperienced agent and, boy did that come out to bite me in the end. Knowing I had made a poor investment choice and that I was relocating, I reached back out to Melissa to list and sell my 2nd home. She understood I had very little ability to manage the selling process being 5 hours away and completely took over the entire process by worked through several structural issues to ensure the buyer remained engaged. She went above and beyond in so many ways that I’m utterly thankful for the person she is. Over the past 12 years I can wholeheartedly say I would never again even consider another agent with less experience, less professionalism, and less of a genuine person than Melissa. If considering Melissa for your real estate needs, please feel free to ask her for my contact information as there just isn’t enough space in this review to talk about all of the wonderful things she can do for you.
