Melissa was a breeze to work with! She really went above and beyond for us and we could not be happier with the level of service she provided. She was patient and answered the many questions we had as first time buyers. We were interested in (and ended up buying) an old home, and Melissa shared her observations about things that looked good (plumbing, updated electrical, etc) and things that may need to be addressed sooner rather than later (hot water heater) - things that are easy to miss when someone with no home experience is viewing a home. We appreciated this knowledge, especially in a time where home inspections weren’t happening. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Melissa or work with her again. She’s the best!
