From the start, Melanie listened carefully to our input on location, type of housing, and desired timing of a purchase, which was important as we are totally new to the area. Her knowledge of the local community has been invaluable in getting us up to speed. Throughout our extended house hunting period, Melanie was always engaged, encouraging, and responsive to our multiple questions and concerns. She evaluated our "wish list" and presented great options to consider. She gave us the opportunity to reach our own informed decision, always keeping in touch to answer any questions. We were confident in our final housing choice because of the time and effort Melanie shared with us. The actual home buying process went very smoothly due to Melanie's attention to detail. She was incredibly responsive to any calls, texts or emails from start to finish. We feel she was a great advocate for us dealing with the builder. She frequently went out of her way to ensure the process of re-locating to our new state went smoothly and was even enjoyable! We would, without hesitation, recommend Melanie as an excellent choice to be your realtor. You will be pleased with the results.
