Melanie Hicks is extremely friendly and professional. You get the down home feel with all the knowledge and professionalism of a top notch realtor! She helped us negotiate a sale that made us feel extremely satisfied with the offer and the buyers. Would recommend her again and again! Thanks Melanie!!
