My journey with Mel started in May 2023 living in PA looking for a home in Montana. Mel was very dedicated on helping me find a home closer to my son in Trout Creek. She kept me up to date on any new listing, my son was my eyes and ears. After I arrived in Montana, September 2nd, we searched in Plains, Thompson Falls with many visits to various homes looking for the right one. I decided to wait until Spring, but a home came up on the market 21 minutes after it listed, my son and I checked out the home. Called Mel and set up a showing the next day. That day I told Mel this home is for me. Without any hesitation she contacted the listing agent and we gave an offer for the home. The seller gave us a counter offer and I accepted. Mel is a real professional, and she dedicated her time in making this happen for me. We had some hiccups on closing, but she continued to work tirelessly on making this home, mine. Mel lives in Polson and making many trips to Plains, Thompson Falls took a lot of time from her family. I can’t say enough about Mel, she is truly a friend, not just an agent. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home. She was a blessing for me. I love the area here, perfect town for me here in Thompson Falls. Thank you Mel Libby.
