Megan was AMAZING!!! As a real estate investor, it is hard to find an agent that understand the process A-Z when renovating a property. Megan was recommended to us by a colleague and I am glad we listened. Megan worked tirelessly to check on our house as we live almost 4 hours away. We considered every recommendation she had and it all worked out in the end. She even checked on the house AFTER her knee surgery. She is committed to to her job, thinking of the smallest details to get the deal to the finish line. After a house is listed, the last thing I want to do is worry about it. My mind is on to the next one. Anytime we got a call from Megan, I knew she had a solution which was so relieving. I can not recommend her enough. Wether you are an investor in West TN or a first time home buyer, trust Megan for your home buying or selling experience.
