We met Maurice over a year before we were ready to purchase. His knowledge and personality were huge selling points to us for our preferred agent. As a large purchase, we wanted to make sure he was truly in our court. We were specific on what we wanted, and he focused exclusively on that - not trying to sell us 10 acres in a field just outside of town, which is not what we wanted. After reviewing over 15 properties in total, we finally found our gem. He negotiated fairly and provided us with a wealth of information about Punta Gorda that only a seasoned expert could offer. His good sense of humor and positive outlook were a breath of fresh air. There are lots of realtors in Florida. I'm sure there are many just like Maurice, but if you want my honest opinion, you should definitely consider him and Edgewater Realty for your buying or selling needs. Maurice is very organized and has a photographic memory. He was very helpful in helping us choose the right home in Punta Gorda Isles; without him, we would have been lost. Thanks again, Maurice, for the 10-star service and friendship you've provided! We'll definitely stay in touch.
