Born and raised in Western Pennsylvania, the Keystone State, I have come to live by the meaning behind that nickname. You see, a keystone is a central wedge in an arch that locks all other pieces of an arch in place; it is the key part of an arch that all other parts depend upon. I want to be that for my customers â?? their personal keystone to happiness and home. But donâ??t think I have forgotten my beloved Sunshine State, my home for over half my life! Like most Orlando residents, I was once a newcomer myself over 40 years ago. Now, I have two grown daughters who I share lots of time with here in Orlando, enjoying the shops in Winter Park, the gardens of Longwood, the vibrancy of Downtown, and the beaches in nearby Cocoa and New Smyrna. We are hands-down the most water-loving family I know! Pools, oceans, lakes â?? any body of water â?? we love them all and can show you all the best spots to make a splash in O-Town. Professionally, I live to serve. I was pleased to be elected President of the Seminole County Board of REALTORS® and District Vice President for the Florida REALTORS® Association, in addition to  Director for the State Association for many years. I was honored and humbled to receive the Walter Rose Lifetime Award for 2018, as well as REALTOR® of the Year REALTOR® Emeritus by the National Association of REALTORS®. I am serving as President of my Homeowners Association, which I take much pride in doing. I am an active member of the Orlando Regional REALTORS® Association and a committeewoman for my precinct (phew!). I go to great lengths to provide the best service possible and to find my customers a home that meets their needs and their wants.  One of my favorite things is getting to work with the next generation of family's I have serviced in the past â?? so much fun! I also have a New Home Specialist designation for buyers with new-builds in mind, and I serve military customers with my Military on the Move® Certification as well. Let me be the keystone of your familyâ??s homebuying or selling needs. Letâ??s get moving!
