Matt Leutheuser is one of the most honest, hard working, and patient professionals I know, plus he is so fun to work with. Matt has been so helpful during what can be very stressful decision making moments, and his sense of humor will keep things very light and breezy. He knows all the questions to ask a seller or developer, and he can educate you on what to look for in any situation. He has very good taste, and surprised me multiple times with amazing listings. You would be very wise to use his services.
