Matt James sold me my house back in 2014. I was so excited to work with him again when it was time to sell my house. Matt is wonderful to work with. Matt helped out with my contractor, painter, and neighbors! I would absolutely recommend Matt James to anyone looking to buy or sell a home! Thank you Matt for your patience, guidance, and expertise!
