I'm a Carolina Girl and native of Gaston County, which means if you're a newcomer, I can show you around! I enjoy meeting new friends and helping them find the right home. Let's go shopping! Relocating or getting your home SOLD is easier if your REALTOR® knows the area. I am a lifetime resident of Gaston County, where my husband and I raised our 2 sons. My personal, work, and educational backgrounds have prepared me to serve your needs. Although I specialize in Gaston and neighboring Lincoln County, I also show in surrounding areas with both North and South Carolina licenses. Summa cum laude graduate of Belmont Abbey College with a B.A. in Business Administration. Served 6 years in the Legal Department of Duke Power, working with doctors, attorneys & supervisors. I'm always prepared! Enjoyed serving Christ's Lutheran Church as parish secretary for 4 years--I love working for and with people. As a REALTOR® since 1995, I have been a consistent Top Producer, earning office production awards for top agent in listing and sales, have ranked in the top 100 of all Allen Tate agents, and in the top 10% of real estate professionals in the country! I'll work hard for you too! My most coveted award was as the recipient of the 2008 Barbara Tate Award for Legendary Service as Allen Tate Company's acknowledgement of the exemplary service I consistently seek to provide to my clients. REAL ESTATE -- it's what I do for YOU!
