With more than three decades of experience in global business and marketing, Marybeth Flynn has carved a unique career and life path by following her desire to help others and maintain a strong connection to her local community. Born and raised in St. Petersburg, she blends business acumen with her love of Southwest Florida to produce exceptional real estate experiences – whether you’re Florida born or looking to make the region your first or second home. Moving into the world of Sarasota real estate was no accident for Marybeth, as she has been surrounded by the entrepreneurial spirit her entire life. Throughout adolescence and young adulthood, she gained tremendous knowledge helping her parents run and eventually manage their family’s medical device business, expanding the business into Japanese and European markets. She then put her degree in French studies from the University of South Florida to use and moved to the South of France to work for a French aeronautics company – gaining fluency in the French language and culture. Today she utilizes these skills with the many international buyers and sellers along our coast. Buyers and sellers alike appreciate Marybeth’s keen eye for home design and her willingness to tackle any project. She has found incredible success as a home stager and offers the service at no cost to all her customers. Though well-traveled and in love with the European lifestyle, you’ll be hard-pressed to convince Marybeth to live anywhere outside Sarasota. Her more than 25 years living along the culture coast has given her a deep appreciation for the Southwest Florida waters, nature, art, and community. She grew up sailing and boating around Florida’s barrier islands and enjoys racing sailboats as a member of The Sarasota Sailing Squadron’s Luffing Lassies. She is also a member L’Alliance Française de Sarasota, Global Business Council, and Real Estate Staging Association. She enjoys volunteering for local causes that support the preservation of the Gulf Coast ecosystems and participating in local networking and cultural explorations. Certifications: Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Feng Shui and True Colour Expert™
