We live in Canada – Maryanne and Dan worked with us via email and phone prior to our arrival. They have been extremely helpful in providing information on services and business in the Venice area to help us set up our new home. The entire process of searching, purchasing and closing a home, especially in another country, has been a pleasant experience and the courteous, friendly and professional assistance we received from Dan and Maryanne were key to this success.
