After considering several real estate agents, we chose Mary Ann Wallace based on her knowledge, experience and impressive marketing style. We later learned that there were many more additional benefits of choosing to work with Mary Ann.
Before meeting with us, Mary Ann really did her homework. Understanding the comps in our area and with careful consideration of our financial needs, she strategically priced our home for sale and within just one week of listing it, we received multiple offers well above our asking price!
After the sale of our house, Mary Ann was once again, our saving grace, this time in the purchase of a new home. Again, she listened to our ever changing needs and clearly advocated for us, as she worked day and night with the seller's agent on our behalf, to negotiate the price of our soon to be new home. We now live in a home that we never imagined would be within our financial reach.
It did not take us long to learn that Mary Ann is well known, well liked, and truly respected by her professional community. Surrounding herself with an excellent team of professionals; loan officer, title company, inspectors, contractors, appraisers, photographer, movers etc., we had access to outstanding services.
We cannot say enough wonderful things about this Real Estate Agent. She is sharp, confident, tenacious, and truly great at what she does. We believe whole heartedly that we would not have been able to accomplish all that we did without the winning force of Mary Ann.
