Marty picked up our phone call on the second or third ring...throughout the entire process. I don't believe we ever once fell into her voice mail. I knew that Marty had a very sound knowledge of many various types of properties in Waynesville, and perhaps hidden little treasured neighborhoods known by only locals, as a direct result of her many years of experience selling properties in the area. A hidden treasure is exactly what we found! Marty covered all the bases with a natural ease and grace which comes from so much experience in the field. She was always several steps ahead of the ball. I have a few brothers whom are looking to invest in properties here in Waynesville and we are so hopeful Marty will be available to assist with these purchases.
