I was looking for a little getaway in the mountains because I missed them and wanted a place of quiet and inspiration to create and expand my art. I spent time perusing the bios of agents and Marty's photo and bio just clicked with me. I am so glad I went with my gut instincts because she has been a joy to work with as well as being open to learning my needs and requirements and having a vast amount of local knowledge. And oh so incredibly patient! I had quite a few parameters that I was looking for in a property (and was somewhat picky and indecisive) and she worked with me for a long time to find a very special place to call my own and I will always be greatly appreciative! Marty always used her knowledge and experience to point out details I might have missed, explaining certain situations for me to be aware of or answering questions about matters I was unfamiliar with. If she didn't have the answer she would get it for me. When it came time to negotiate and close on the property of my dreams I received all the guidance I needed in a clear and supportive manner. I also feel I have made a good friend as well as several others within the Beverly Hanks family and look forward to being a part of the community!
