Marty was absolutely phenomenal. He was very personable and exceptionally patient. He was well informed about the area and had great relationships with other realtors. I always received responses to my questions in a timely matter (within minutes). If he did not know the answer he would do the research and find out. His paperwork was spot on as well. 1000% recommend.
