Martha is a hands-on Real Estate Agent. She was with us every step of the way preparing our 32 year old home for resale and helping us find the perfect new home. She very quickly learned what we liked and disliked and didn’t waste our time with homes that did not fit our needs. She spent many hours getting our home “sale ready”. There was so much cosmetic work that was needed to make sure we got the best price for our home.
