I went on a trip during the remodeling process and also when my house was on the market and she handled all the issues that came up for me. This made selling my house so much less stressful! I wanted to get top dollar for my house and she was a major reason that I accomplished my goal!I ended up selling my house for a significant amount over the asking price in just 6 days!
