Marsha has been our trusted realtor on three different transactions. The most recent was a sale and purchase while we were out of town. Marsha staged the home we were selling, and attended the inspection, walkthrough and closing on the new home, while we were at sea on a ship. Due to her diligent marketing of our home, we received several offers, and accepted one 59 days after listing, and closed yesterday. However, in the days leading up to the closing, Marsha could be found packing boxes, loading trucks, and sweeping and vacuuming floors. Marsha is a ROCK STAR for her realty expertise, but also her sweat equity is uncompared! Thank you, Marsha, for taking such great care of us from start to finish!! Maria Cresci
