Marq is a wonderful realtor. As a first time home buyer he made me feel comfortable and sort of protected throughout this process. Though this current market was considered a “sellers” market and we were met with challenges and disappointments he definitely constantly reassured that there was a townhouse out there and we found it! I like how professional yet personable he is and you can tell that he actually cares about his clients. Inalso piled how after a couple fo showings he could tell exactly what I was looking for and we would walk into a showing and immediately say “Yeah this one isn’t for us”. I definitely have already recommended and will continue to recommend him to people I know who is looking for homes.
