Mark Ross made the process so easy, from sending my paperwork to being able to see every step in my own portal. When closing day came everything was ready to sign and they made it an exciting and painless process. If there was any waiting they made sure drinks and snacks were available to me as well. I truly appreciate and would recommend Capital City Home Loans to anyone!
