Julia and Mark are true professionals. We recently sold our home of 30 years and met with them a year prior to discuss logistics. They guided us through what we needed to have done on the home, and suggested we get an inspection to make sure we had items completed prior to listing. Inspection uncovered items we didn't know about, and with their help of recommended contractors we got all items completed before listing the following spring. When we listed, they were at all the open houses (didn't send a less experienced agent) and when we got the offer we eventually accepted they were very transparent about the pros and the cons and their thoughts on accepting the offer. These are of course the "business" side of the transaction they do so well. It's the little things that are in the end what I will remember. Julia dropping off packing supplies, Mark offering to pick up things I forgot at the home, and their kindness to us when we were under stress. And most importantly to me, their understanding of how it felt to leave our family home of many years. They get it!!
