She was a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable on the Bridle Trails property market, clear on what needed to be done, accepted the couple of times I disagreed, and super organized. I had total confidence in what she was doing. Thanks to Julia and her team, I sold my house for about 20% more than similar sized/aged houses in my development, within 4 day in mid-October. Julia went beyond just looking at comps on paper and used her detailed knowledge of properties in my neighborhood, recognized the quality improvements we had made over the years. She knew what further improvements would attract buyers and just as important she knew what didn’t matter. A pre-inspection meant inspection contingencies were less likely. She has a great set of contractors who she coordinated to get work done, very helpful when I was travelling a lot. When we went to market the house looked amazing. It was well publicized and there were around 100 groups who viewed the property. With the interest an offer review date was set, with 7 offers being received, most with no contingencies. Even after the offer was accepted Julie continued to be involved with the sale, making sure the buyers had all the information and support they needed to help with their financing. I am very glad I used Julia. I don’t believe many other agents would have achieved the same result.
