It is my pleasure to give Mark a positive rating, we were selling our house and didn't really know what to do first, Gave Mark a call and he was at the house the next day and suggested certain repairs and came up with a plan. Referred construction workers, attorneys, and every other thing I didn't want any part of. House sold very fast thanks to Mark and his team, we will be using Mark for future real estate transactions.
