We feel ourself fortunate that we met Marina at one of the listed property. Based on our conversation with her, we found she has a very good knowledge on homes and can really help us buying home for us being first time home buyer with no to minimal knowledge on things to check in the house, buying process etc. She worked with us understanding our requirements, visited multiple homes with us and mentioned all the pros and cons she saw in every home very transparently. When we finalized on the home we finally bought, she helped us in making sure we understand the process and kept us up to date on our next steps. She also went beyond her expected responsibilities to follow up on our behalf and also shared contractors information for some upgrades we wanted to do in home.
