If you're are looking for a realtor in the South OC area, I HIGHLY recommend Marina Macartney! Marina has assisted me with the purchase of a condo in 2020, and the sale of that condo in 2024. As a first time home buyer, Marina graciously helped me to understand every part of the transaction, and made each part succinct and easy. There is no other realtor who makes it this easy for their clients.Marina lead me into instant equity with the purchase of my first condo, closing under list price. Similarly, because of her guidance we sold the one bedroom condo for well over asking price in one week! She is truly an expert in both the market and negotiation. And yes, Marina even speaks Spanish as well!Besides being a fabulous realtor, Marina is just a kind and supportive person to know. If you're looking for a realtor, call Marina Macartney!
