Maribeth has been integral to my life's journey. She sold my house in Bonney Lake and if not for her, it's possible I wouldn't have taken that significant leap. I had pondered selling my house for quite a while, but my absolute trust in Maribeth made my decision easier. She never pressured me, but she would listen intently to my concerns. Selling that house was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Maribeth has an incredibly supportive and comforting way about her while making big life decisions about real estate. She has taken me to see approximately 50 houses in the Oly/Tumwater/Lacey area and always encouraged me to never settle. When I found a potential house, she would walk my children and I through it to see if we could envision living there. It's a very effective technique. Her communication is stellar, she's always on time and I can completely rely and trust her. I have found my new house in the area and my little family loves it. Maribeth deeply cares for her clients and their needs. For anyone seeking a highly competent and compassionate realtor, Maribeth won't disappoint. I will always recommend her to anyone for real estate needs and she will always be my go-to should I buy real estate in the future.
