Maria Makaj sold my family home in Yorktown Heights 2007. We had it listed with another realtor for over a year. Within one month after signing with Maria we had an offer and sale. Maria handled the entire process of selling our home (which had been in my family for 50 years) with sensitivity, enthusiasm and grace. She was attentive to our concerns and kept us abreast every step of the way. Maria is extremely capable and excellent at what she does. I would not hesitate to use her again and give her my highest recommendation.
