Maria moves. We called her when we discovered Waterford #1402 was ‘Coming Soon.’ An hour later we were inspecting the place. Two hours after that she helped us complete an offer. Early that evening she phoned, “your offer has been accepted.” During escrow she quickly and diplomatically handled the few problems that arose. Escrow closed on time. She really gets the job done.
