RE: 4309 Waterford Landing I want to highly recommend Mari with Florida Executive Realty. She was amazing throughout the sale of my property, and having her as my agent was excellent representation from start to finish. Mari came to my home multiple times to provide thoughtful recommendations she believed would help the property sell. She suggested using a staging company, and I’m very glad I followed her advice—we received multiple offers and ultimately sold over asking price. The professional photos she arranged turned out fantastic and truly showcased the home. She went above and beyond, was very involved throughout the process, helped with negotiations, and was consistently professional. Mari is also extremely ethical and considerate. Highly recommend.
