Margie was just awesome to work with. She was patient and knowledgeable about the area I was looking to buy in. I looked for a house for almost 2 years. I looked at fixer uppers, large homes, small homes, 1 story, 2 story. Name it and I saw it and she was right there with me. She is honest and provided invaluable advice and feedback in my hunt. She was so dedicated that she used her contacts and friendships to help me determine if renovations were worthwhile. Margie was accessible and returned calls and messages quickly. She is friendly and professional, hardworking, and dedicated. You absolutely have to use Margie if you're looking to buy or sell.
