Malisa did a great job! The first house we put an offer in on the seller refused to negotiate Three offers later (and very little movement on the seller's part) we found 504 E Warren Mt Pleasant IA which fit our needs perfectly. Malisa was knowledgeable professional and fun to work with! Thank you!
