Malisa was fantastic! She helped is navigate the process every step of the way. We moved from out of state and had not had to purchase real estate in over 20 years. She was thorough in explaining the IA regulations and local conditions. Melianie Hinman in the Mortgage department was also a pleasure to work with. They both worked hard so we could purchase this beautiful home.
