This was our 4th transaction with Malcolm and he continues to be amazingly supportive and knowledgeable in both the purchase and sale side of the process. Despite the competitive market he never hesitated to answer questions, made himself available on short notice for when a property came up we were interested in and provided valuable insights which helped us land our eventual new home. We would not hesitate to recommend Malcolm to friends and family and would use him again for future real estate transactions.
