Our experience with Lynette as our realtor was unbelievable! Lynette was a personal friend and we felt comfortable hiring her. We knew that was the right choice after the first week. She took our hands and led us confidently through some very rocky issues with the town. The stress of selling a house can be heavy, and she always had an upbeat, and optimistic view point that helped keep us moving in the right direction. The communication with her was always open, she was extremely professional, accommodating, and knowledgeable! She helped us logically sort through our multiple offers, and make the perfect choice! Her dedication, and perseverance had our house under contract and closed in 40 days! That is brilliant! She excelled at orchestrating all of the complicated legalities and keeping the whole team on time (lawyer, buyers agent, town, mortgage company, and us!) I have already recommended her to many of our friends that are also selling, she is wonderful.
