I was born and raised in Northern Rhode Island, attended Mount Saint Charles Academy in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, The Berkshire School in Sheffield, Massachusetts, and Sarah Lawrence College in Bronxville, New York. I have lived in South County for the past thirty years and currently reside with my family in Saunderstown. Real estate is my second career. I spent better than twenty years in restaurant management including owning and operating the renowned French restaurant, Chez Pascal, located on the east side of Providence. While I had expected the transition from restaurant management to real estate to be difficult, I quickly found that success in both real estate and high-end French cuisine relied on the same fundamentals: a principled work ethic, exacting attention to detail, and, most important, understanding the needs of the customer and placing them above all else. The "understanding" part takes time and patience and ears capable of not just hearing, but listening. Rhode Island is compact, yet wonderfully diverse both geographically and culturally. As a native Rhode Islander, I have been fortunate enough to have lived all across our lovely and quirky state, equipping me with an in-depth understanding of the dynamics of different communities statewide. This has been essential for me in effectively representing both sellers and buyers. For buyers, especially those relocating to Rhode Island, the community is by far the first consideration. And for sellers, a comprehensive understanding of your community is the foundation for the marketing plan that I create for your home. Whether assisting you in buying your first home, retirement home, investment property, or selling your longtime family home, I will be with you every step of the way, imparting my expertise, and attending to all the details from the search or listing process to a successful and smooth closing. Enough about me…I'd love to hear from you! Feel free to call me to discuss your vision for the next step in your journey and to find out how I can assist you in making it a reality.
