We recently worked with Lynn Dolan out of the Southport, CT office. Her advice and support throughout the successful sale of our condo gave us a lot of comfort and peace of mind, especially since we live out-of-state. Lynn coordinated things in our absence and was always responsive to our questions and needs. In a tougher than expected market and with interest rates on the rise, we came away very satisfied with the price we received for our unit . Kudos to Lynn and her team.
