Luda was great! My condo had sat on the market with another realtor for 9 months with little to no interest and only one formal offer which was well below my asking price. Luda was recommended by our neighbors and when I reached out to her, she promptly responded and we set up a meeting at my unit within a few days. After discussing pricing and the market, she had it listed within a week. She kept me updated on any interest or prospective buyers and I finally got a formal offer within a few months. The selling process was easy. I barely had to do anything. Everything was taken care of and went off without a hitch. Luda was great to work with and made the whole process easy. I can’t recommend her enough.
