I was and still am very pleased with the job that Lucy Chacon did for me. I found a home in Gilroy that I love...and the best part is that it was the first house we looked at one Sunday afternoon in early 2014. In mid March, the house was mine! I still love my home in Gilroy, and I still find it hard to believe that I am the owner of such a wonderful house. A few months later, Lucy closed the deal on the sale of my condominium. The sale of the condo was painless. Lucy took care of whatever "cosmetic" changes needed to be made, and managed to make the sale without having me spend a lot of money in perhaps unnecessary upgrades. The condo went for a great price. More than I anticpated. Throughout both processes, she was gracious, professional, supportive, and I always felt that she was would do her very best for me...and she did. I would recommend her to anyone.
