I would recommend Lucile Casey anytime! Our rental property went on the market in the summer- and then we had to keep dropping the price, had to get this and that fixed and taken care of. Lucile was terrific, helping us with resources, and overseeing a lot of the work herself. It was hard for us as sellers at a distance, but Lucile stuck with us, was sensitive to our opinions and thoughts, working with us, until we finally got it finally closed. Not the price we were hoping for, the Florida property market being what it is, but Lucile is a professional, and did everything she could to bring us to closing. Thank you Lucile.
