I could not have had a better experience with Luci. We casually mentioned our intention to downsize, and she quietly went to work showing opportunities every now and then in a very professional way without pressure. All of the opportunities she presented were very enticing although not exactly what we were looking for until we found our next dream home almost a year later. The transaction was as smooth as it gets. Afterwards, Luci presented an excellent way to market our existing home and involved several other professional Realtors to provide additional insight into presenting our home and a methodical way of determining an asking price. This showed how well she works with others in her profession and exhibited excellent team leadership. Our existing home sold in about 3 days, and we’re “off to the races” renovating our next dream home. Thank you Luci and congratulations on a job well done! We will always be so grateful for your help.
