Lu was patient and responsive to our needs. She truly worked hard to made the entire journey flawless. Took care of even minor details with continuous follow ups. It felt like we were dealing with a family member rather than agent. She worked with Brian as well to make sure we have no challenges from buyer and seller side. Thanks
