Lu was an amazing agent to work with and was crucial to the success of the rental process. Lu was very accessible throughout the process, quickly replied to communications, and was very accommodating to scheduling needs. Lu was able to book viewings almost immediately and was very approachable. Being new to the rental process, Lu was able to provide insight and was very helpful. Lu made the process easy and was a friendly face to go to viewings with. I would definitely recommend Lu to any potential home buyers, sellers, or renters!
