Carolina One has provided me with more education and support than I could have ever hoped for or expected. No matter what my question or need, there is always someone ready and willing to help. I have never felt that I was being thrown to the wolves, or had to make it totally on my own. I know that as long as I follow the educational plan that is provided for me, that there is no limit to what I can accomplish in my career.
 
Being a part of the Metro North office is like having a second family. Everyone is very supportive and willing to help when needed. Louise has always been supportive and motivational in everything I have wanted to do and accomplish. It is so nice to have a BIC who is always willing to listen and help.

The education that I have received has been so helpful and rewarding to help me to achieve my goals in my career. Being able to take classes as often as needed is a bonus.
Being partnered with the number one Real Estate Company makes it so much easier to obtain the clientele needed to achieve goals. The marketing tools are excellent as well.
The charitable “care projects” that are available for all of us to be a part of.  There is always a project that you can feel comfortable getting involved in and being able to give back can be such a great reward. 
Being recognized as a rising star at the awards banquet this past year was definitely both rewarding and exciting. 
I cannot imagine working with any other company other than Carolina One. I actually enjoy getting up and going to work every day and love the people I work with. The possibilities are endless!
