In the difficult real estate environment we were and still find ourselves in today I cannot imagine a more qualified professional to have worked with. He went beyond what I would expect an average realtor to do in terms of staging the home for viewing, providing constantly updated market comps for us as well as prospective buyers, and respecting our privacy. The only regret I had was that we were not able to have Louis sell our home before we decided to take it off the market due to changes with our children’s choice of schools for the 2010 calendar year.
