Thanks for visiting my online home here at Baird & Warner. I’m a full-time Realtor licensed in Illinois, and an Award Winning, Top 10 agent with Baird & Warner. My goal is to help every client get the most out of their real estate transaction. I know from experience that buying and selling your home can sometimes feel like equal parts exciting and scary, so I do my best to make sure your questions and concerns are addressed so that your home purchase or sale is as easy as possible. As a 40+ year resident of the Chicago area who grew up in Barrington, I'm very familiar with not only this great town, but many of the surrounding areas as well. I'm extremely tech savvy and communicative, so you can be sure you're getting personal, responsive service from me, whether we're working together to buy or sell your home. I'm very passionate about Mid-Century Modern and Organic Modern architecture, and I love ranch homes! For the last several years, I've run the Modern Illinois website (modernil.com) and I also serve on the Board of Directors for Chicago Bauhaus and Beyond. If you have a modern home or are looking to buy one, please contact me, as I'm knowledgeable about many of the great modernist architects who practiced in this area such as Don Erickson, Dennis Stevens, Dennis Blair, Edward Dart, James Dresser, James Speyer, Edward Humrich and many others. I look forward to working with you to make you comfortable with the entire process of selling or buying your home.
