Lorraine Northcott is an exceptional real estate agent. Extremely personable and wonderfully patient with a first-time seller like me...very knowledgeable and able to convey all information to me in terms I could understand. She went above & beyond to help out, especially with all those little things involved in selling a house, and the house was sold in less than a week after listing! I highly recommend Lorraine Northcott for your real estate needs...she definitely knows her stuff!!
