I pride myself on giving my clients the most precise and up-to-date feedback on the state of the market, its trends, comparable sales, and property values thereby providing my clients with a realistic outlook on what they can expect to achieve in today’s market. I am known for providing exceptional customer service, her consistent communication, and ensuring a positive experience for all parties in a transaction. I have worked almost every aspect of the real estate industry. I have experience appraising property and handling closing. As a result, I have historical knowledge on a number of Keys properties and the ability to accurately value property. I am a skilled negotiator and problem solver. I am family-oriented. My late husband, Rick, who was a successful backcountry fisherman, and I are devoted to their three children. My eldest daughter, Meghan, is a practicing lawyer specializing in Real Estate Law and Estates & Trusts. My middle child, Melina, is a digital marketing specialist and works alongside her me as a licensed Realtor and the Digital Marketing Director at American Caribbean. My son, Miles, is a landscape and lighting specialist. Serving my community is a high priority. I was appointed to the Village of Islamorada Land Planning Authority and the Achievable Housing Advisory Committee. I am on the Friends of the Pool board, which is actively working to restore Alligator Lighthouse. I am the current president of Chi Sigma Sorority.
